I've always been embarrassed when facility owners try to dupe potential customers into renting a unit by luring them in with things like 1st FREE Month, or discounted first few months off their rent for their storage unit. You can guarantee that if a facility advertises these type of offers that you will pay more in the end.
I suggest to all our potential clients please price check us to other facilities, you will find we are never the highest priced and in most cases we are the lowest priced facility even though we provide all the great advantages other facilities won't spend the money on.
Like 24 hour monitored security cameras, well lighted areas, fully paved facility with a high end pass code security gate. Not to mention full fencing around the entire complex for the your safety and your items protection.
Next time you are in need of storage please look at the fine print of what your actual rental price will be after the smoke and mirrors offer goes away.
Then take a look at the facility you are going to rent from to make sure it's providing all that you need for your items and safety.
